We provide mobile drug, alcohol, and DNA testing at client locations or our scheduled office site.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Bookings are required in advance.

Cancellations made under 24 hours may incur a fee.

No-shows may forfeit deposits.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

We do Square for payments.

Mobile and after-hours fees may apply.

4. Confidentiality

All information is kept confidential and handled according to HIPAA standards.

5. Service Limits

We do not offer medical or legal advice.

Results depend on the integrity of the sample provided.

We are not liable for tampered or inaccurate samples.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not offered once testing is completed. Contact us with concerns.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of our services.
